About Dr. Frey:
"The latest technology and resources are at our fingertips."
For Dr. Donald Frey, technology and resources are just one part of the equation. The other is a group of colleagues he respects and admires. It's always good to have a large team of specialists available to assist with complex patient problems.
Dr. Frey went into medicine because he knew he would enjoy the challenge, responsibility and sense of purpose in helping others with their health and well-being. He hasn't been disappointed. He thrives on the everyday interaction with patients and educating the health care providers of the future.
One piece of advice Dr. Frey gives his patients: be open and honest. Don't be afraid to speak if you don't completely understand something your doctor has said. You must find a physician you feel comfortable with. Someone you fully trust and can communicate with.
When he has spare time, Dr. Frey is a part-time novelist. He also enjoys skiing, traveling and hiking. His personal dream is to someday see health care coverage for every American.
Dr. Frey was inspired to go into medicine by the Sinclair Lewis novel Arrowsmith.
