The Cardiac Center at Creighton University offers its Commit to Quit Tobacco Cessation classes on Mondays from June 4-July 23. The eight 5-6 p.m. classes are held in the Cardiac Center’s main floor conference room and are designed to help you re-learn life without tobacco. Cost is $75.

The Women’s Health Center at Arbor Clinic, 2514 S. 119th St., offers women comprehensive evaluations if they suffer from incontinence, incomplete voiding, painful urination, pelvic floor prolapse or recurrent urinary tract infection. A trained team of obstetricians and gynecologists will work with your physician to determine the best treatment and outcomes for these recurring problems.

Handwriting classes

Handwriting Linked to Learning

Children entering first through third grades can get a jump start on learning with handwriting classes at Creighton Pediatric Therapy, 16010 Frances Street, Suite 102 in Lakeside. Classes to improve printing skills will be taught by an occupational therapist and handwriting instructor to develop strength, coordination and visual motor skills. Child must have a handwriting screening prior to beginning the program. Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday, June 11-22 from 8:30-9:45 a.m. Registration fee is $90. Space is limited.
