You need to view the entire program to receive credit (approximately 1 hour total). When complete, you will be directed to the Creighton University CME website to complete a post-test and evaluation. The website address is http://cme.creighton.edu. To receive credit, you will need to correctly answer 70% of the questions on the post-test. Your certificate will then be emailed to you. You will have three opportunities to complete the post-test.

• The Commission on Dietetic Registration approves this program for 1.0 continuing education hours.
• The Creighton University School of Medicine designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)^TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
• This course is approved for 1.0 Contact Hours for Nurses and 0.10 CEU's for Iowa Nurses through Iowa Western Community College Iowa Board of Nursing Provider # 6.
