Hardware and Software Requirements
The online courses offered on this website require a computer using the Windows Operating System (95/98, NT, 2000, ME, XP), Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox version 3.5 or higher.
Certain activities may require additional software to view multimedia, presentations, or printable versions of the content. These activities will be marked as such and will provide links to the required software.
Continuing Education Credits
You need to view the entire program to receive credit (approximately 1 hour total). When complete, you will be directed to the Creighton University CME website to complete a post-test and evaluation. The website address is http://cme.creighton.edu. To receive credit, you will need to correctly answer 70% of the questions on the post-test. Your certificate will then be emailed to you. You will have three opportunities to complete the post-test.
- The Commission on Dietetic Registration approves this program for 1.0 continuing education hours.
- The Creighton University School of Medicine designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
- This course is approved for 1.0 Contact Hours for Nurses and 0.10 CEU's for Iowa Nurses through Iowa Western Community College Iowa Board of Nursing Provider # 6.
