Mentoring
The Mentoring for Faculty Program at Creighton University School of Medicine provides resources for mentors and mentees to strengthen School of Medicine faculty in their professional and academic capacities. The program connects senior faculty and younger faculty--and enhance their own career satisfaction--in well defined areas such as academic development, career development, leadership development, management training, personal development, and career support and retention--to name just some of the possibilities. Symposia on mentoring provide further opportunity to learn about mentoring to both faculty mentors and mentees.
