May is National Osteoporosis Month. Laura Armas, M.D., of the Creighton University Osteoporosis Research Center will be the featured speaker for National Osteoporosis Month at the Swanson Library (91st and Dodge) on Saturday, May 19, from 1-2:30 p.m. She will discuss how calcium, vitamin D and exercise can protect your bones and prevent osteoporosis.
