Molecular Biology Research Core Facility

This research core facility provides both services and instrumentation for all investigators at Creighton University who utilize molecular biology techniques in their research. The actual services provided include DNA sequencing and oligonucleotide synthesis. Request forms with prices for these services are available from this web site. In addition, faculty, technicians and graduate students have access to some of the most precise technology and equipment available. This equipment includes: high speed and ultra-centrifugation, phosphorimaging for both radioactive and chemiluminecsent samples, lypholizing, autoradiographic film processing, UV/visible gel documentation, spectrophotometry and GCG - DNA and protein sequence analysis computer programs.

These Molecular Facilities are located in room 382, Criss III, within the Departments of Biomedical Sciences and Pathology.
