Phlebotomy Services at CUMC (St Joseph Hospital) Laboratory Collection Site
Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A requisition detailing test information and all insurance information can either accompany the patient or be faxed before the scheduled visit of the patient. A telephone number and the name of the ordering physician must be provided on the requisition.

Monday-Sunday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
Scheduled and prearranged phlebotomy service are available. Please call to set up an appointment to discuss your facility's needs.
On-call phlebotomy services are available Monday - Sunday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm as your patient needs dictate; please call (402) 280-4382 and provide the following required information:
- Facility Name and Account Number
- Patient Last Name, First
- Station / Floor Number
- Test(s) Needed
- Date / Time of Draw (advise if STAT)
- Caller's Name
- Caller's Phone Number
