Brant and Helms and Wine Club - July 2012

Each week the residents sample wine from a selected European wine region, while tasting some local food, and listening to a lecture from the core radiology textbook: Brant and Helms. We traveled together to Rioja-Northern Spain, Alsace-France and Italy. We tasted some local goat cheese from the Shadow Brook and Branched Oak Farms, with some greens from Dr. Schubert's backyard garden.
