Medical students tend to become consumed by their academic challenges. Part of being a successful student and developing a fulfilling career is learning to manage stress and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Wellness lectures, newsletters, and activities on topics such as stress management, mood and anxiety are provided for students throughout the year. Activities such as picnics and ice skating are sponsored by the school to enhance balance, well-being and class camaraderie.
The Wellness Chronicle is designed to assist medical students at Creighton University School of Medicine with a host of issues relevant to their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
