  • Extensive manuscript on Rib fractures and Pain/ERAS Practive Management Guidelines.  Paper describes in-depth the associated severity and management of rib fractures along with it's associated pain and pain management including all pathways of pain with pharmacologic receptors and drugs; various anesthesia interventions such as catheter based and cryosurgery/cryoanalgesia along with explaining the hyperalgesia phenomenon and ERAS PMG to limit such a phenomenon during the treatment of rib fractures., 2020

Awards and Honors

  • National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Foundation (NSABP): Recipient of the NSABP 2003 “Above & Beyond” award in recognition of ones’ commitment to the Study of Tamoxifen and Raloxifene (STAR Trial) for the prevention of Breast Cancer. Initiated and facilitated the third largest corporate collaboration to date between NSABP and various corporations to educate and increase enrollment in the STAR Trial. , 2003
