Use this timeline to meet all project milestones.
Clinical Research Projects
Presenting to Research Committee
>7 days prior to meeting:
- Submit completed and faculty mentor reviewed research proposal for committee review to Caroline Nubel.
- All projects must have written approval from faculty mentor prior to committee review.
- If proposing a prospective study, you must meet with Sandy Byers and Caroline Nubel to discuss enrollment process, budget and consent form prior to research committee presentation.
Abstracts/Case Reports
>10 days prior to deadline: Reviewed by all authors. Must have written or electronic acknowledgement of review by all authors prior to submission.
10 days prior to deadline: Submit Faculty Mentor reviewed abstract to Caroline Nubel for review and archiving.
Posters
>21 days prior to meeting: Reviewed by all authors, followed by review by Caroline Nubel. Must have written or electronic acknowledgement of review by all authors prior to submission.
2-3 weeks prior to meeting: Present poster at Research Roundtable or other appropriate group forum for faculty and peer review.
15 days prior to meeting: Submit updated poster to Caroline Nubel for review and archiving.
10 days prior to meeting: Submit final poster to Wendy Greenwood for printing.
Oral Presentations
>21 days prior to meeting: Reviewed by Faculty Mentor followed by Caroline Nubel.
14-21 days prior to meeting: Presentation at Research Roundtable or other appropriate group forum for faculty and peer review.
10 days prior to meeting: Submit updated presentation to Caroline Nubel for review and archiving.
Manuscripts/Case Reports
Prior to submission
- Manuscript reviewed by all authors. Must have written or electronic acknowledgement of review by all authors prior to submission.
- Submit final manuscript to Caroline Nubel for review and archiving.
