Dr. Bhatia, professor of psychiatry and pediatrics, is a child psychiatrist who has been in practice for over 30 years. She truly enjoys teaching medical students, residents and fellows. Dr. Bhatia attended Punjab Medical College and completed her residency in psychiatry and fellowship in child psychiatry at Creighton University School of Medicine. She is Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry.
Dr. Bhatia is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, Life Fellow of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Fellow of the American College of Psychiatrist and Fellow of the Indian Association of Psychiatry. She is actively involved in Vital Signs Mentoring Program for the medical students and actively mentors faculty. She is engaged with Nebraska Psychiatric Society and Regional Organization of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Kolli attended medical school at NTR University of Health Science in India. He completed his MRC Psych at The Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK. Dr. Kolli then sought a master’s degree in health and pharmacoeconomics at the University of Pompeii Fabra in Barcelona, Spain. He then moved to Omaha and completed his adult psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Creighton-Nebraska in 2015.
Dr. Kolli joined the staff at CHI Health and became a faculty member of Creighton University following his training. Dr. Kolli is an active member of the Nebraska Regional Councils of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is also a member of the Ethics Committee & Ethics Training Video’s Subcommittee for the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP). Dr. Kolli is the quality improvement champion for the residency and fellowship programs at Creighton-Nebraska.
